WHAT:  Tabata Bootcamp is for all fitness levels & any age. Tabata is intervals of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. In addition to these high intensity intervals for cardio, participants will perform weight lifting circuits and play team games to mix up the hour or training and its intensity.

WHEN:  Monday & Wednesday @6:30 p.m. Starts 3/21/16

PRICE:   $202 for 8 week CHALLENGE ($12/class)*
                        $15 drop in fee

*The 8 week challenge is an incredible tool to not only compete with other participants for the GRAND PRIZE, but also includes meal planning, food logging, recipes, daily homework consisting of 6 minute at-home workouts, and personal accountability, all on your own personal team website.
